Madeline Gillespie, Boston Catholic Schools Program Manager
Madeline Gillespie is our talented Boston Catholic Schools Program Manager. She works with City Connects Coordinators in Boston to help them provide student support and make sure each child in a school is known and seen.

Rebekah Harris, Business & Operations Manager
Rebekah is a former teacher with extensive experience in managing large projects in schools and districts. She has an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
Most recently, Rebekah worked for one of Texas’ Education Service Centers, which provide services to districts. As a Program Manager, Bekah created and implemented engagement plans for over 100 school districts, building relationships with diverse superintendents and school leaders.

Jen Bouckaert, Senior Manager of Coaching & Networks
Jen came to us after working in public schools as a counselor and as a City Connects Program Manager.
She has extensive experience focusing on the whole child and making sure each child in a school is known and seen. She has been able to pass on these skills to new Program Managers in our network, as well as to the Massachusetts schools enrolled in the S3 Academy.
